PVC Polyvinyl Chloride Polymers polymerized according to the mechanism of free radical polymerization with initiators such as peroxides and azo compounds; or under the action of light or heat. It also has good resistance to environmental stress cracking, impact strength, and resistance to cold. High-density polyethylene (HDPE) is a white powder or granular product. Non-toxic, odorless, with a crystallinity of 80% to 90%, a softening point of 125 to 135°C, and a service temperature of up to 100°C; its hardness, tensile strength and creep properties are better than those of low-density polyethylene; its wear resistance and electrical properties are It has good insulation, toughness and cold resistance; good chemical stability, insoluble in any organic solvent at room temperature, and resistant to corrosion by acids, alkali and various salts; the film has low permeability to water vapor and air, and is water absorbent. Low; poor aging resistance, environmental stress cracking resistance is not as good as low-density polyethylene, especially thermal oxidation will reduce its performance, so antioxidants and ultraviolet absorbers must be added to the resin to improve this shortcoming.
PET polyethyleneterephthalate is a high polymer derived from the dehydration condensation reaction of ethylene terephthalate. Ethylene terephthalate is obtained by the esterification reaction of terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol. PET is a milky white or light yellow, highly crystalline polymer with a smooth and shiny surface. It has excellent physical and mechanical properties in a wide temperature range. The long-term use temperature can reach 120°C. It has excellent electrical insulation. Even at high temperatures and high frequencies, its electrical properties are still good, but its corona resistance is poor. Creep resistance, fatigue resistance, friction resistance and dimensional stability are all very good.
